OUR LEADERS

• Leading the Universiti Kuala Lumpur - MIAT Enactus team, organisation and movement.
• Act as the Chief Executive for the organization
• An external affairs advisor/leader. – To recruit sponsors, BAB and project partners.
• Not advised serving on a project team
• The ‘liaison’ between the Faculty Advisor, Universiti Kuala Lumpur - MIAT administration
• Promote Universiti Kuala Lumpur MIAT team
• Main communication and cohesion between Enactus representatives – Enactus Malaysia Foundation (EMF), Presidency team and the organisation
• Be a conduit for feedback and input from members.

• Acting as the Chief Operation of the organization.
• Strategic Planner of Enactus team activities.
• Task include; scheduling meetings, monitoring social event (ie. Enactus Induction Day, Team building camp, National Cup Team Selection.)
• Acts as President when the President is absent or when requested to do so by the president, and may exercise and perform all the powers, authorities, duties and functions of the President.
• Support/monitor the project movement leadership.

• Acting as the general secretary of Universiti Kuala Lumpur – Malaysian Institute of Aviation Technology Enactus Team.
• Assisting President and Deputy-President movement.
• Responsible for having and updating data resources of the team (ie. Active Team Database, Project Database, Project Partners and more)
• Shall President and Deputy-President are not around, PTA will be the person in charge of moderating meetings.
• Responsible to guide department(s) secretary on documentation. 

• Leading the Universiti Kuala Lumpur Enactus project team.
• Act as the Chief Operation for the project team.
• Structure planner for the project team movement.
• Assisting President and Deputy President in collaboration meetings regarding projects.
• Require to check and update Team Project Sheet (TPS)
• Responsible for creating Project Portfolio

• Leading the Universiti Kuala Lumpur Enactus Technology team
• Act as the Photo, Video and Graphics Director for the organisation.
• Responsible for supervising the production of anything related to design such as posters, visual presentationS, etc.
• Responsible to create Technology Portfolio
• Responsible for organizing social account of Enactus UniKL MIAT team.

• Leading the external affairs movements.
• Securing sponsorships
• Securing BAB’s
• Securing Project Partners.
• Acting as Corporate Communication Officer in the organisation.
• Assisting President and Deputy President in meetings and organisation.
• Responsible to create Corporate Communication Portfolio for External and Internal Affairs.

• Responsible for structuring the budget planning for every Universiti Kuala Lumpur – MIAT Enactus team movement.
• Responsible for taking care of Universiti Kuala Lumpur – MIAT Enactus team account.
• Direct contact on handling sponsorship.
• Require to communicate with financial department of Universiti Kuala Lumpur – MIAT.
• Require to record every detail on expenditure and income of Universiti Kuala Lumpur – MIAT Enactus team.

• Act as the Human Resource Manager of Universiti Kuala Lumpur – MIAT Enactus team.
• Responsible for structuring and organising social events of Enactus. (ie. Enactus Induction Day, Team building camp, National Cup Team Selection, Enactus volunteering week, Enactus sports team etc)
• Require to organise the Universiti Kuala Lumpur – MIAT Enactus team members.
• Require to check and update the Active Team Sheet (ATS)
• Responsible for moderate training for Universiti Kuala Lumpur – MIAT Enactus team
