The Regional was carried out in 3 separate regions and locations (Shah Alam, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu) to better facilitate relationship among Enactus teams from all participating universities in Malaysia. The objectives are to brief and train all new Enactus team members on judging criterion, triple bottom line, project planning and execution, overall program management and team sustainability as well as All Stars team performance and evaluation.

For the regional team training conducted in Quality Hotel, Shah Alam on November 30 to December 2, 2012, a total of 67 from 27 universities participated in the training. For the training in UNIMAS Kuching, a total of 28 students from only UNIMAS participated in which 5 students came from UiTM Sabah and the rest from UMS.

Majority of the participants were satisfied with the training program and managed to understand why we have changed from SIFE to Enactus. They also managed to understand better the Judging Criterion, the concept of Triple Bottom Line, the overall program management and team sustainability, as well as the All Stars Performance Evaluation. In addition, they really enjoyed the session on Group Dynamics conducted by trainers from KPMG/Enactus Malaysia Foundation.

We also managed to get some feedback from the students which requested our action to improve on the criteria for All Stars performance evaluation, to brief corporate judge during EMNE to base judgment strictly on the Judging Criterion set and to check and verify ownership of projects that are claimed to be carried out by more than one university Enactus teams.
